We formed New Horizon Prime to build the kind of house Northwest Arkansas has been asking for: contemporary without being cold, efficient without feeling thin, and sited as if the lot mattered.
Bella Vista is home — a recreational city of lakes, golf, and trail, still growing, still wooded. We build throughout Northwest Arkansas: Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville, and the communities between. Families arriving from elsewhere want lock-and-leave construction and a porch that actually gets used. We build for that life.
The collection plans — starting with 5 Briscoe Pl — share a material language so each house feels related, not repeated. Custom work is welcome when the lot, or the family, asks for it.
How we work
Four convictions, held in the field.
Site first
A plan that ignores the grade, the trees, and the afternoon light is just a floor plate. We start outside.
Honest materials
Brick, standing-seam metal, solid millwork, tile that will still look right in ten years. We do not decorate our way out of cheap assemblies.
Quiet luxury
The luxury is proportion, daylight, and a house that works. Hardware can be beautiful without being loud.
A long relationship
Keys are a beginning. Warranty, questions, and the next house for the next chapter — we intend to still be here.

The mark carries Matthew 7:7 because the work is a series of asks — of a lot, of a trade, of a family deciding to build. We treat that seriously without turning the company into a sermon. The door we open is a well-built house.
